2. Prohibited uses

You must not use, attempt to use, or allow others to use the Service to:

• violate any applicable law, regulation, court order, or third-party right;
• create, upload, request, promote, or distribute illegal, harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive content;
• threaten, harass, intimidate, stalk, defame, exploit, or discriminate against any person or group;
• generate or facilitate sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, or any sexual content involving minors;
• create, request, or distribute child sexual abuse material or content that sexualizes minors;
• encourage, instruct, or assist with self-harm, suicide, violence, terrorism, extremist activity, weapons construction, or criminal activity;
• create malware, ransomware, phishing material, credential theft tools, denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized access tools, or other harmful code or cybersecurity abuse;
• collect, infer, expose, or misuse personal information, credentials, financial data, health information, or other sensitive information without a lawful basis and appropriate consent;
• impersonate another person or organization, create deceptive identities, or misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created when such disclosure is required by law or context;
• generate misinformation, fraudulent documents, scams, fake reviews, forged records, or content intended to deceive others;
• infringe, misappropriate, or violate intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
• submit confidential or sensitive data unless you are authorized to do so and understand the risks of using an online AI service;
• use the Service for automated decisions that produce legal, financial, employment, housing, medical, or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human review and any required notices or consent;
• use the Service to provide professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice as a substitute for a qualified professional;
• scrape, crawl, extract, copy, reproduce, resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service or its outputs except as expressly permitted by Keep AI;
• reverse engineer, decompile, bypass, disable, interfere with, or attempt to discover the source code, underlying models, security measures, rate limits, or access controls of the Service;
• use bots, scripts, or other automated means to access the Service in a way that exceeds permitted usage, harms the Service, or disrupts other users;
• share account credentials, circumvent subscription limits, or allow unauthorized users to access a paid account;
• overload, disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Service, its infrastructure, or connected providers; or
• use the Service in any way that Keep AI reasonably determines creates a risk of harm, liability, security risk, or reputational damage.

3. Content and AI output

You retain responsibility for User Content and for how you use AI-generated output. Before using output, you must independently verify important facts and ensure that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Do not submit content containing another person’s personal or confidential information unless you have their permission or another lawful basis to do so. Do not use the Service to make decisions about people in high-impact areas without appropriate human oversight.

4. Account security and fair access

You must keep your account credentials secure and promptly notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization. You may not sell, transfer, rent, or share your account, subscription, or access credentials without our written permission.

We may apply reasonable technical limits, including rate limits and usage restrictions, to protect the Service and ensure fair access for all users.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations of this Policy. To protect users, Keep AI, and third parties, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service; remove or limit content; cancel subscriptions where permitted; and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

We may take these actions with or without prior notice where reasonably necessary. Our failure to enforce a provision of this Policy does not waive our right to enforce it later.
