Refund Policy
Last updated
Effective date: August 3, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases of KeepAI, a service provided by কিপসাব (KeepSub), based in Bangladesh.
Who handles payments and refunds
Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates ("Paddle") act as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for our products. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and refunds under its own Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.
Refund window
Eligible refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date, subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms, Paddle's Refund Policy, and applicable law. Requests are reviewed on their merits — submitting a request does not guarantee approval.
How to request a refund
You can request a refund in any of these ways:
- open the "View receipt" or "Manage subscription" link in the Paddle transaction email you received for the purchase;
- use the billing page in your KeepAI account, where available;
- go to https://paddle.net, look up your purchase, and choose "Request refund".
How approved refunds are paid
Where a refund is approved, it is returned to the original payment method where possible, in line with Paddle's policy. The time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.
Subscriptions
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; it is not automatically a refund of a charge already made. You can cancel from your KeepAI settings or through the billing links in your Paddle transaction email, and you may submit a refund request separately as described above.
Product support
KeepAI support at keepsubacademy@gmail.com can help with product and service questions, account issues, and problems with your plan, and can pass information along where useful. Our support does not replace Paddle's payment and refund process — refund decisions and payments are made by Paddle.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you, including any statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation.
