Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and কিপসাব (KeepSub), trading as KeepAI, based in Bangladesh ("KeepAI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using KeepAI, you agree to these Terms.

The service

KeepAI is a web-based AI workspace that routes your prompts to third-party AI models and provides related features such as chat, image generation, and credit-based usage tracking. Features and available models may change over time.

Your account

You must provide accurate, current account information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Tell us promptly at keepsubacademy@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement in your country.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use KeepAI for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activity;
harass, abuse, or generate content that exploits or endangers others;
attempt to bypass credit limits, rate limits, access controls, or payment requirements;
reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
interfere with, overload, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure, including through scraping or automated abuse;
resell or provide the service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

Intellectual property

KeepAI and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its branding, software, interfaces, and content. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the service. You keep the rights you hold in the content you submit, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit it. Outputs generated by third-party AI models are also subject to those providers' terms.

Payments

Purchases made through KeepAI are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record and authorised reseller for our products. Paddle handles order processing, billing, applicable taxes, payment-related customer service, and refunds in accordance with its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

You purchase the KeepAI product through Paddle, while KeepAI provides the underlying product and service. Your payment relationship for that transaction is with Paddle.

Prices are shown before purchase and may change for future purchases or renewals. Taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle where applicable.

Subscriptions, renewal, and cancellation

Some KeepAI plans are sold as recurring subscriptions. Where you buy a subscription:

it renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, until cancelled;
you can cancel at any time from your KeepAI settings or through the billing links in your Paddle transaction email;
cancellation stops future renewals; access generally continues until the end of the paid period.

One-time purchases do not renew.

Refunds

We do not claim that all purchases are final. Refunds are handled by Paddle in line with its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law that applies to you. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund.

Third-party AI models

Responses are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, and you should not use KeepAI as a substitute for professional legal, medical, or financial advice.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold KeepAI harmless from claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or breach of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using KeepAI at any time and delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends; sections that by their nature should survive will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and the courts of Bangladesh will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will update the effective date above and, where changes are significant, notify you in the product or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
